Summer is coming! I have to say, I do love a good snow storm but I am full on ready for spring! Hopefully this post and these incredible views will get you excited for that green grass, hot sunshine and beautiful blue skies that will be here soon.

I had the pleasure of photographing this home last summer and it was one of the most beautiful and unique homes I've had the pleasure to photograph. It's now on the market so I'd love to share it with y'all.

Happy Tuesday!! It's crazy that it is halfway through July already....whew! 

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of photographing probably one of my favorite Lancaster City Homes to date! And that is saying a lot! I love city homes and so often it's hard to find Lancaster City homes that are unique, updated AND have an open floorplan. This one is just that and more!! From the high wood beamed ceilings, exposed brick, skylights, newly renovated white kitchen & a gorgeous Master bath, this home will make you want to move right on in. Or at least inspire you with some decorating ideas. 

This house is loaded with personality and it shows through the photographs. You almost feel as if you're walking through a West Elm or a decorating magazine. Take a peak inside this one-of-a-kind GORGEOUS city home!! It was just listed and I have a feeling it won't last long.
